When we photograph a wedding we shoot from our hearts, as we are working for ourselves as well as our clients who want to remember the words they shared and the emotions they felt. As professional photographers in South Wales, South West England, and the West Midlands, we aim to create sensational wedding photography for a lifetime of memories. It is an enormous responsibility for us to take on and one that we must always do our utmost to live up to.

There are three main options available :-

Includes up to 4 hours photography,

coverage at the wedding ceremony to include

photographs of:

1. Preparation of bride before ceremony.

2 Bride's arrival

3. Bride and Bridesmaids, Maid of Honour, Flower girl

4. The Ceremony (if allowed), walking down the

 aisle, taking the vows, ring exchange, the kiss.

5. Signing the register

6. Exiting the ceremony and confetti throwing.

7.Formal wedding party group photographs.

8. Plus creative photography (unusual photos)

9. Departing in vehicle

 

 

 

 

The Bride & Groom will be given 50, 9" x 6" photographs specially selected presented in a free wedding album. There will be no mileage charges.

For a total cost of .....................................£750

10. Arriving at the reception

11. The venue photographs,the surroundings, bouquet and flower layout plus table centrepieces.

12. Cutting of the cake

13. Speeches and toasts.

14. Bride giving gifts to guests and throwing of the bouquet.

15. A series of 'candid' photos of the guests will also be included.

 

There will be no mileage charge.

The complete wedding which includes all of Option 1 & 2 with 100 specially selected photographs presented in a FREE PHOTO BOOK .

 

Additional photographs may include:

 

 Photographs on the evening celebration and venue where lighting allows.

 Bride and grooms first dance

Various photographs of family and guests enjoying themselves [not with food on tables]

For the Options 1 & 2, if a PHOTO BOOK is required instead of the photo album, then please add £200.

 

 

 

At a wedding we may take 1,000 photographs. Many of these will be duplicates for a range of facial expressions others more reportage style. The photographs chosen by us are intended to represent the whole atmosphere of the event, using our knowledge and experience. If you wish to see ancillary material or choose images for the wedding album yourselves it will involve additional costs. Do not hesitate to ask wherever you are uncertain over details.

 

 

In all weddings where HOULT FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHY is the exclusive photographer hired by the clients for the purpose of photographing the wedding, family and friends are always welcome to photograph the wedding as long as they do not interfere with our duties. The clients reserve the right to retain the services of a videographer to cover the wedding, if they so choose.

Whist every reasonable effort will be made to produce outstanding photographs of the wedding event. HOULT FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHY's entire liability to the client for any claim is limited to a refund to the client of the amount the client paid for the service, because this is an uncontrolled event. In the unlikely event of personal illness or other circumstances beyond the control of HOULT FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHY a substitute photographer, subject to the acceptance by the clients prior to the event, may be sent to fulfil the obligations of the agreement. PLEASE NOTE. It is the ushers or a nominated persons responsibility to ensure that our photographer is fully aware of any special photographs that are required to be taken of the family and guests.
