When we photograph a wedding we shoot from our hearts, as we are shooting for

 ourselves as well as our clients who want to remember the words they shared and

 the emotions they felt. We will create sensational wedding photography for a lifetime

 of memories.

 

 It is an enormous responsibility for us to take on and one that we must always do

 our utmost to live up to.

DESCRIPTION of WEDDING SERVICES.

There are three main options available

 

Includes up to 4 hours photography,

coverage at the wedding ceremony to include

photographs of:

1.  Preparation of bride before ceremony.

2.  Bride's arrival

3.  Bride and Bridesmaids, Maid of Honour,

 Flower Girl

4.  The Ceremony (if allowed), walking down the

 aisle, taking the vows, ring exchange, the kiss.

5.  Signing the register

6.  Exiting ceremony and confetti throwing.

7.  Formal wedding party, group photographs.

8.  Plus creative photography (unusual photos)

9.  Departing in vehicle

The Bride and Groom will be given a minimum of 50,  6"x4" photographs specially selected by us, presented in a free wedding album, in addition the album photographs will also be stored on a free memory stick for any additional printing  you may require, or if preferred a free digital photo frame viewer will be offered instead of a wedding album.

Includes all of Option 1 with  a minimum of 100 specially selected photographs, and up to 6 hours photography

including:-

10. Arriving at the reception

11. The venue photographs, the surroundings, banquet and flower layout plus table centrepieces

12. Cutting of the cake and wedding gift photographs.

13. Speeches and toasts

14. Bride giving gifts to guests and the throwing of the bouquet

15. A series of 'candid' photos of the guests

The complete wedding which includes all of Option 1 & 2 and up

to 8 hours photography with a minimum of 150 specially selected photographs

16. Photographs of the evening celebration and venue

17. Bride dancing with father

19. Bride and grooms first dance

20. Various photographs of the guests enjoying themselves

21. Photographs of the entertainment

WE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES release unprocessed photographs to the customer, or for presentation in their wedding album.               

 

 

 

 

 

In all weddings where Hoult Freelance Photography is the exclusive photographer hired by the clients for the purpose of photographing the wedding, family and friend are always welcome to photograph the wedding as long as they do not interfere with our duties. The clients reserve the right to retain the services of a videographer to cover the wedding, if they so choose.

 

Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver outstanding photographs of the wedding event, Hoult Freelance Photography's entire liability to the clients for any claim or loss arising from our performance is limited to a refund to the clients of the amount the clients paid for the service, because this is an uncontrolled event. In the unlikely event of personal illness or other circumstances beyond the control of Hoult Freelance Photography a substitute

photographer, subject to the acceptance by the clients prior to the event, may be sent to fulfil the obligations of the agreement.

 

 

Wedding prices are inclusive of all costs. There will be a £50 non-returnable deposit to book the wedding date, the remainder to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. There will be no added mileage charge to any of the wedding options
